Terms of Use & Disclaimer

For this website · last updated 27 June 2026

curator.consulting is a private, by-invitation working space — not a public marketplace. Nothing here is an advertisement, an offer, or a solicitation. These short terms cover using the site itself; the disclaimer below covers our notes.

1 A private space, by invitation

This site exists to hand finished work back to the people we work with. It isn't open to the public and isn't a place to buy anything. If you've reached it without an invitation, there's simply nothing here for you to use.

Clients reach their work through a private link, redeemed once from a claim code. There's no account and no password — the link itself is the key, so keep it to yourself and the people you trust with the work. Anyone holding the link can open what's on it. Tell us if it goes astray and we'll issue a new one.

3 Fair use of the site

Please use the site only for your own work with us. Don't try to reach links or areas that aren't yours, probe or test the site's security, scrape or copy it wholesale, or disrupt it for others. It's a quiet, private place and we mean to keep it that way.

4 The site is ours

The site — its design, words, marks, and the form of anything shown on it — is ours, and stays ours. By all means use your own work that we return to you; but don't copy or reuse the site itself, or what's ours within it, without our say-so.

5 Offered as it is

We keep the site private and aim to keep it available, but we offer it as it is — we don't promise it will always be reachable or error-free. We may change, pause, or retire parts of it as the work grows.

6 Privacy & sovereignty

The service is sovereign-local: your project is held and worked on our own equipment in Portugal, not uploaded to any cloud, platform, or marketplace, and we don't sell or trade your data.

7 Changes & contact

We may update these terms as things grow; the version that applies is the one posted here at the time. One channel, and a real one: inbox@curator.consulting.

Disclaimer — about our notes

curator.consulting gives the work you hand us a private, scoped review and returns it, checked. Our notes are a structured professional aid — not legal or other professional advice, and we are not your lawyers. Where a review includes a compliance read, it is measured against a named, finite set of rules listed on the report, as they stand at its date — not a review against all law or every regulation. The decisions, the publishing, and any definitive question remain with you. Each review is our work product, confidential to the client it was prepared for, and is not for redistribution without our consent. We flag, we do not bless; what is published, and the rights to it, stay with you. The full terms of any review — its scope, and where our responsibility ends — are set out in our Terms of Review, which govern.
